Pirjo Honkasalo’s Concrete Night has been selected for the main competition of Göteborg International Film Festival. The film will compete together with seven other Nordic films from the main prize, Dragon Award, worth 1 million Swedish krona. The festival will be organised in Göteborg, Sweden, on 24st January – 3rd February 2014. Later in February the film will have its theatrical premiere in Sweden.
The film has also been selected for Rotterdam International Film Festival‘s Spectrum programme. The festival will be organised on 22nd January – 2nd February 2014.
